Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being received and will arrive in 5-7 business days. A tracking number will be sent via e-mail once the item is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking information, please check your spam to ensure that it wasn’t caught there.

Pre-orders will have an estimated ship date, but, please understand that many variables might change that date. If a pre-order takes longer than expected to ship, a refund can be issued upon request.

We ship to the 48 continental states in the USA. If you’re outside of that area, we have many of our products available on Amazon.com and offer expanded shipping options that way.

Shipping is a flat $10 if the order total is less than $50. If the item is over $50, we currently offer free shipping.

Return policy/warranty information

We hope you love your Glamplife items. They were created to be top quality. If for any reason your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days at:

customerservice@theGlamplife.com for a replacement item.

We hope you love your merchandise, but, if you’re unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us within 60 days for a return label. The price of the label will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned in sellable condition. We will not accept any returns that are damaged by you or items not sold by a verified merchant.

All approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days once received at the returns center.

If your item becomes damaged during normal use within the first six months of use, we will replace it. Please note that using your item in a manner that it wasn’t intended for isn’t covered under our warranty. For example, these mats aren’t fireproof and can rip when used with sharp objects.
